People regularly ask for chatbot reviews, comments, or a way to send creators useful feedback — especially when a bot loops, repeats itself, loses the story, or has one specific problem the creator may not know about.
Muricanpie explained in the SpicyChat Discord that an open review/comment system creates a moderation problem of its own. The screenshots below are linked so you can read the original context directly.
Open comments can become another place for spam, scam links, abusive language and other content that has to be reviewed. On an adult platform, Muricanpie also said payment-processor requirements can make moderation of user-written content especially important.
Simple upvote/downvote systems can also be manipulated through friends, alternate accounts or bots. That means a rating layer does not automatically remove the need for moderation or make feedback trustworthy.

I still want people to have a useful way to tell creators what is working, what is broken, or what could be improved. The goal is not to recreate a public comment wall with all of the same moderation problems. I have a more structured feedback system planned for later; the exact design is not locked yet.
That could give users somewhere to report things like looping/repetition, broken greetings, confusing lore, missing context, or a specific behavior they think the creator should look at — while keeping the system focused on useful creator feedback instead of public pile-ons.
This is a future project item, not a currently available QoL feature.
A user may spend a long time with a bot and find a repeatable issue the creator would probably want to know about. Creators also often want more useful feedback than a star rating alone can provide.
Until the dedicated feedback system exists, project/support discussion can continue through the existing QoL Discord and support routes.
